What inspired to do/ be in this profession? Love being able to understand how things actually work in large banks - and being able to engage with people from around the world from Tokyo to London to New York
What did you do to achieve it? Tried to follow my mantra above, but no one's path is easy. Have to remind ourselves that like Instagram - things always look smooth/great from the outside (but reality is very different)
What motivates you to volunteer as a mentor? Everyone needs a friend/guide. We all can learn from each other.
How have you benefited from mentoring? Definitely, my mentees helps me learn/ understand new things, and from different point of views. It's a mutual learning relationship
